Two items were delivered in one box, which is fine. However, there was no internal packaging. The item packinging of one item was damaged (the actual item was not damaged). The other item, which was a book had the paper cover on the wrong way round and bizarrely, although the book is brand new (no wear to the spine) there is a piece of one page ripped out! This was the first time I have used this site and I enjoyed the user experience. I am however, upset the I was unable to give either of the items as Christmas presents and am very dissatisfied.
