Have not got my package yet despite the estimated delivery date being Tuesday 19th December to Friday 22nd December. The package was not sent till Friday 22nd at 4.30 so there was little chance of it reaching its destination by Saturday 23rd. It showed though as being out for delivery that day and today Wednesday 27th but has yet to be delivered. I suspect something was out of stock so it would have been better to send me an E mail saying would you prefer to wait or have a part delivery - which will cost you an extra £3.99 or whatever and I would have chosen to receive most of my presents in time for Christmas. I use you ever year and you have always been fantastic so this is a rare and unexpected aberration.
