Email stating goods dispatched with estimated delivery 20-23 Dec. Tracking number provided for My Hermes. Several attempts to track order culminating in telephone call to Hermes on 23rd. Informed goods not yet entered delivery system and that I should contact vendor. Unsuccessful attempt to contact Prezzybox as by that stage closed for Christmas hols. Very disappointed as item was Christmas present for granddaughter. Email to Prezzy box explaining situation and requesting refund. It's now Dec 27th and still no contact. Sadly first and last experience of using this company.
