Processed an order on 15th December and was given estimated delivery date between 16th-21st December. Did not the receive 'order dispatched' email until Boxing day 26th (so it took 10 days to dispatch an order!?) and im still yet to recieve the order now and its now 27th December. Poor service and uninterested customer service department.
