Parcel didn't turn up next day as expected. Called the helpdesk - the lady was amazing and called me back explaining it had not yet reached the courier. She also explained it was unlikely to arrive next day and to call back for a refund If it didn't turn up. Next day it arrived, so no need to call back. Great, friendly service, only downside is I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it next day!
