order placed 9th December - Christmas gifts for friends. It is now 28th December and I still haven't received the goods! I have rang prezzybox and got through twice - third time left a message but no one got back to me. 4/5/6th times the phone just rang and no one picked up. Quite a shoddy service - had to take time out to go shopping else where for gifts. Would like a refund as gifts are now surplus - what a waste of time.
