i live over seas,Bought christmas gifts online for family and found out two days before christmas you had sent items incorrect. Refunded quickly which i appreciate but ended loosing money on my refund to my foreign credit card with the exchange rate and then did not have enough time to get one family member another gift. Disappointed in your service and will not be using you again.
