Whilst I understand that Christmas is a busy time for you, more work is needed on your website when processing orders. I placed an order on the 18th for next day delivery and nothing arrived on the 19th. When this was chased I was told I would receive a call back immediately and didnt receive one. Upon chasing for a second time, I was told that the order wasnt in stock despite the website allowing my order to go through. I was informed a full refund would be issued on that day. To date I am still awaiting this refund and after placing my 3rd telephone call, I have now been informed only £2.00 was processed as a refund on the 22nd and not the full amount. I am extremely disappointed in the service received and the further delay in me now having to wait additional time for my refund. I am also extremely unhappy that the gift had to be purchased elsewhere and cost me more money. Extremely disappointed at my first experience with Prezzybox.
