I placed an order before Christmas and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I contacted Hermes to find out where my parcel was to be told by one of their agents that my address was provided to them incomplete and to go back to prezzybox.
I have been told by prezzybox that my parcel was lost in transit.
This is the second time I have tried to use prezzybox for Christmas presents and they have always let me down. I will not be using prezzybox again
