Not sure where to start..!
Placed an order on the 18th Dec with a std Royal Mail delivery due 21st Dec latest. I received an order confirmation email stating I will get an email advising when item has been dispatched, and this email will a code so I can track. This email never arrived. I then called customer services on 20th Dec as I hadn’t received the item or anything emails advising progress. I was informed that the item had been dispatched but, as it is with Royal Mail it can’t be tracked. I was told not to worry as it will be delivered tomorrow, 21st or the 22nd latest. The item never arrived so I tried to call again only to find the office was closed for Christmas. I chose then to email to advise I hadn’t received my item, in the vague chance someone might have monitored the emails, by no, I just got an automated response stating they will respond in due course. I received an email on 27th stating sorry for the mix up, and they assumed that they item will have been delivered. I relied to say no, still no sign. I then chose to call again 28th and complained that still had not received anything. The girl I spoke to apologised, and said that they had one in stock, so she would send another item on a next delivery. I received no email again confirming the order or advising a tracking code, and still no sign. So I called again, and this time I was informed that the item didn’t get sent as the warehouse made a mistake and they are out of stock...if I hadn’t called, at what point was I going to be informed of this.!! I have now had a full refund, but I cannot believe how incompetent Prezzybox have. I will certainly think twice before I order anything from you again, and I certainly will not be recommending you to any of my family and friends.
This item was to be a present from my little girl to her mum, so this has left us all very disappointed!!
