I ordered something from your site that stated it would arrive before Christmas. I received an email with a delivery window of 22-24 December. By Christmas Eve I still hadn't received my order. Your offices were closed so I spoke to someone at Hermes who advised that their couriers don't even deliver on Christmas Eve so I definitely would not receive my order. I don't understand why you would use a courier service who do not work Christmas Eve or why the latest date you gave me for delivery was not even a valid date. I was extremely disappointed by this. I received an email from your offices eventually with just an apology. No explanation as to why this happened. I also received an apology for Hermes stating that they did not work on Christmas Eve? Does that mean that they were working but told me otherwise? I have requested a refund now but my experience was not good and it will.put me off ordering from your site again.
