I brought this order for a Christmas present and paid for the delivery to come before Christmas... needless to say this never turned up! Had no notification of there being a delay, however yesterday I recieved an email to say PayPal has recieved a refund from prezzybox and this has gone into my PayPal account! And another email to say the item has been out of stock and they have refunded the money! You have negelected an apology or the fact you confirmed Pre-Christmas delivery! I waited in when it was confirmed it would be delivered so wasted a whole day waiting for the package with no notification this would not be delivered... Incredibly poor service and next to none customer service! I will not be using your website in the future or referring to you any family or friends!
