Literally one of the worst most unprofessional companies i have ever dealt with. My order was late, the staff lied to me about its whereabouts, made up elaborate stories about checking directly with depots about my order, made me wait for two days telling me it was out for delivery, and mocked me when i expressed my unhappiness. My complaint to a manager though was taken so seriously that they refunded my purchases in full, let me keep the items and there was a genuine apology from the customer service manager who understood why i was so upset. She was the only redeeming feature of this company but I will never use them again.
