Item was as described but I chose this website over others and paid extra for next day delivery because the website indicated that this was still available despite the proximity to Christmas. It took a WEEK for my order to be delivered. I will expect a refund for the "next day" delivery charge seeing as this part of the order was clearly not fulfilled. If it had been clear on the website that next day delivery was not available after all because I made my order so close to Christmas then I would have chosen another (cheaper) retailer and not paid extra for a service which should not have been listed given that it was evidently not really available. Deeply unimpressed and therefore do not intend to use this site again.
