terrible. Items were dispatched late. Notice to expedite to pre-noon delivery was overlooked. Courier routed parcel to wrong depot, resulting in 24 hour delay. Parcel arrive with 2 items damaged (including a mug which was broken into a dozen pieces). Whilst your customer service compensated me, there is no way I will order from Prezzybox again, nor would I recommend anyone else do say. The "busy Christmas period" is not a valid excuse for the numerous issues that I encountered.
