Absolutely shocking service. I ordered 60 items as Christmas presents from your 'Stocking Fillers' category. The order confirmation stated an estimated delivery of 19th-22nd December. Not only did the order not turn up as promised but I received an email on the 28th December to say that, due to 1 item being out of stock, the order hadn't yet gone out and did we want to hold on to the rest of the order until that item was back in stock. Why did nobody get in touch BEFORE the estimated delivery date to alert me to this problem so that the rest of the order could have gone out?! This gave me no time to organise alternative presents - instead we had to go without. We have been promised a full refund but I would suggest you need to go a step further to compensate for the situation.
