Can’t comment on the mug as I haven’t received it yet but score is for service. Ordered on the 14th December, paid extra for Christmas delivery, after I ordered it it then said delivery between 21st and 26th(too late payment had been made) then later an email saying delivery might be two days late due to couriers struggling in the ice. Final insult repeated requests to review the Mug.
