Orderd my items on 12th Dec thinking I had plenty of time to receive my items before xmas, instead I got an email to say the items have been delivered to me or 1 or my neighbours but they definatly was not delivered to me, so I emailed them and they asked me to check with neighbours and my garden? I had already done this and as someone was in all day I no it should not of gone anywere else so emailed them back to say it must have gone to the wrong address and I've been waiting for a reply ever since and it's now the 6th of Jan and I'm very disappointed! Ive been an online shopper for years and never had a problem like this ever! I'm very disappointed and would advise peaple to stay well away, especially after reading all the other reviews
