Ordered a box of chocolates (102405940) on 2nd January for a colleague that was leaving on 5th Jan. Date expected was between 03/01 - 05/01. I still have not received them and its 10th Jan.
Contatcted customer services on Friday 5th and got a response on Monday 8th saying they should be with me that day but still nothing.
