Tried to have Birthday present sent to a friend couldn’t put in a different delivery address so I phoned help line and left a message with delivery address and my contact number.
I heard nothing back and order was delivered to wrong address.
Items arrived fine but I had to arrange for an alternative present to be sent at extra cost
