Delivery was as promised, quick and efficient, with emails notifying of when to expect the delivery. The products were as described, however, I did make a purchase that I felt was not worth what I paid. I bought the wood watch box for £60, and feel the quality of the box is cheap for that price. On searching for the company who made the box (Mele & Co), I found I could have purchased the gift for £20 on Amazon. The difference was that Prezzybox did offer to personalise the box with a max of three characters and a choice of four different fonts. But whether it was worth that extra £30 is debatable.... Anyway, bad luck to me. The company however, are alright operators. Interesting products, quick delivery, UK based. Good stuff!
