Ordered Monday 5 Feb still haven't received the item on 13 Feb.
Estimate delivery was between 7-9 Feb, got an email from you !track your order! tried that
can't track Royal mail it said, called the office and was told delivery is only estimated.
You just might as well say your order will be with you within 52 weeks,
Appalling service.
