Absolute garbage, ordered a engraved present for a 70th Birthday. Paid extra to get it delivered on the day and the delivery never arrived. Rang to chase late afternoon to be told the item is discontinued and I’ll be refunded in a few days. Just what I didn’t need on the day of the Birthday.
Will never use or recommend this firm again. The order was placed 2 days before and the supplier would have known they would not fulfill but sent no contact.
Awful service.
