The Personalised Mirrored Jewellery Box was perfect and worth every penny! However, the Personalised Dragonfly Necklace was just a nightmare. The envelope it came in was bent and ripped to the point where I could see the chain of the necklace sticking out of the envelope. The necklace felt very cheap and it ended up breaking in my hands and as a result, the personalised initial (B) fell to the ground and I have been unable to find it. With the chain being broken, and the initial being lost, I had no choice but to put it in the bin.
