The webpage was good and showed the products well. It needed to have instructions on sending the music file on as I ended up having to phone to find out. The lady on the phone was helpful. However, when the product arrived on time it wasn’t as good quality as he had hoped in terms of the personalised engraving and so my son was very disappointed in his gift for his girlfriend. Perhaps a different product would have been better.
