I ordered a 'mother's day' jigsaw.
The item arrived without an image of the assembled puzzle to use as a guide!
I emailed (phone lines out of action) to complain and was told it was down to your partner
who did not routinely provide a picture for a jigsaw but they would.
As the date for Mothering Sunday is fast approaching I telephoned to ask when would the
image arrive?
I was told as soon as possible if the item does not arrive in time I will not be impressed by your service!
