I have resently moved house. I placed an order and immediately noticed it was being sent to the wrong address. The customer service line was shut due to bad weather (2 days AFTER the bad weather ended) so i emailed and was made aware that agents would respond asap as they could do so remotely. I asked if it would be possible to change the address and waited. 24 hours later i get a response saying if it hasnt been dispatched yes, and what would i like to change it to. I responded immediately. 9 hours later i get a dispatch noticed directly followed by an email from customer services saying sorry but it can't now be changed as its been dispatched. The customer service i received was shocking at best. When i sent an email back complaining of the poor service i never received a response. I have a redirection in place with Royal Mail but the Mothering Sunday gift i ordered and paid for still hasnt arrived and it's now the 13th of March, then i still need to send it down to my mother 400 miles away. I will not be ordering from this company again and will urge my friends and clients to do the same.
