Firstly I am a new customer to your store, who ordered an item for mother's Day. I ordered an item, which I wanted to order for express delivery. Granted some items are exempt from this, but without reading all your t&cs, I wouldn't know...but I did read your FAQs, which stated your do an express delivery. I contacted your customer service who informed me, stating your T&Cs. I responded to that email providing some recommendations, as I am an e-commerce manager myself for a UK based media and tech company, yet received no response to my message...not even thanks for the feedback or we'll pass this on. I contacted your customer services again asking where my item is. Your confirmation email said I'd get a tracking email....I haven't had this. My item hasn't arrived, I don't know how I can track it and I haven't had a response from your customer services. Bad service, poor communication and one unhappy customer who won't be returning.
