Ordered something on the 5th and asked that it be delivered by 9th. It was a Mother's Day pressie. Item didn't arrive til 13/3/18. I sent several emails which were not answered within the 24/48 hours specified. All you could do was apologize but that didn't save my embarrassment when my poor mother received nothing on Mother's Day. I would have thought a refund of the items purchased and the postage would be the least you could do. Instead, all I got was an apology.
