I ordered a Mothers day gift with an instant e-voucher on the 7th March (Wednesday) and despite chasing I did not get it until I called on the Monday (12) which was after the event.
This was meant to be printed and put into a card for Mother's day - as it was advertised as an instant e-voucher, I was not expecting this
