The order was fine when it finally arrived. However it did not arrive in the estimated delivery dates, which is understandable due to weather, but when I contacted Prezzybox asking for an update I was met with no response. I am still waiting for someone to reply to my email. Its pretty poor form to be asking for a review when not a single person from your team has got back to me re my delivery question. 24-48 hours respond time? We're onto day 7 of silence. Products are fab, customer service is the worst.
