The selection of presents/ gifts is fantastic and I would rate 5*. The recent purchase of a Spa Day (superior pamper day for 2) for my sister's birthday fell short a little bit, as she thought the gift was from me for her birthday but wasn't 100%, as there was nothing on the voucher to let her know who had sent the gift! Co-incidentally she had filled in some forms via a magazine and thought she had won a free prize! I fed this back to Prezzybox, as I am aware the Spa Day is an external supplier. The gift of the hand-made chocolate bottle of Prosecco plus strawberry chocolates was so realistic, my sister nearly put the bottle in the fridge to chill! Again, sadly the message with the gift, was so small that she nearly missed it too. Otherwise, I would have rated 5*, as the gifts are unusual and very good value for money. This hasn't put me off using the company.
