The gift itself was great and the recipient was really happy. We had the gift delivered directly to the recipient’s place of work as a surprise. Unfortunately the package was labelled incorrectly with my name rather than the recipient’s details. Luckily my husband works at the same office so reception know my name and kept the the package, had they not it wouldn’t have been accepted. I don’t know how it happened but unfortunately the experience was let down by whoever packages and labels.
