Very fast and easy process, though I did not get what I ordered. I got somebody else's order, along with an invoice with all their details on. I rang your customer service and a guy called Richard was very helpful.
He said I would get another one with express delivery. Still waiting for it in the mail though it should be here today. I accept it was a genuine mistake on their part and I would use them again, good company and I am satisfied, despite not getting what I wanted in time.
