Ordered a personalised mug and book for father's day which arrived within a few days. The quality of the book was really good unfortunately there was a chip in the mug but I emailed them and they got back to me very quickly and were extremely helpful and excellent customer service, I'm still waiting for my replacement but I understand they must have other orders to fulfil. thank you I would definitely recommend
