Placed order on the 4th June, a gift for father’s day. Chased the order on the 14th by phone and email, as still had no dispatch information, no response by either, even though the office open hours where 5.30 and this was 11.53 am I rang. No answer. Disgraceful! I expect a full refund and will never shop with these again.
