Not a bad experience, just not one I can recommend.
The image of the product shows the name also spelt phonetically, as in a dictionary. This was missing from the travel mug I received. As far as I could see, there was no facility to opt in or out of this feature, nor to add phonetic symbols, so I naturally assumed it would be added automatically. It matters because my wife is a dictionary publisher, so this would have been a really nice additional touch - one of the things that drew me to the mug. Otherwise, the mug is really nicely done.
