I know it’s the not the fault of prezzy box itself but the fault of hermes. I ordered my item on the 14-06-2018 and was supposed to be delivered the next day, and today 29-06-2018 I still haven’t received my item. The couriers keep saying there is no access to the building when they clearly are not even trying to get in. I have been waiting in all day, every day for a parcel that isn’t going to come. Prezzy box please change your courier.
