Unfortunately my original order never arrived, however when I rang to say this the gentleman was extremely helpful, gave me a refund and resent 1 of my items for next day delivery which arrived by 10am so I'm extremely pleased with the customer service, as for the item its fabulous, quirky and really unusual and my nephew loves it.
