I ordered the personalised socks at 19.99 expensive but I hoped it would be worth it. There was a further 3.95 postage and packaging. Anyhow they never arrived but I received a parcel addressed to me containing someone else’s order with full billing details etc I contacted prezzy box and supplied the details but they insisted on proof - how would I know the details? I provided screen shots then they refunded me the 19.99. So now I am out of pocket by the 3.95 delivery charge, my personal data has probably been inadvertently disclosed to someone else and I have no socks - the measure if this company is evident in the customer no service
