I ordered an item in white. The item arrived in black, despite the delivery note saying it was white. And the website saying that white was still available.
On enquiring about returning it, I have been sent an email which I am required to print out, which will require going to an internet café to print out.
All the while, obviously I am still without the item I was in need of - obviously I am not happy and would not use this company again.
