Ordered a birthday present to arrive next day on the Friday. Didn't arrive on the Saturday. Offices were closed over weekend. Phoned on the Monday to see what was happening. Was assured it would arrive on the Tuesday but it wasn't dispatched until the Tuesday. Did not appreciate being lied to! Money back for delivery and small discount on item did not make up for the disappointment of not being able to give the gift on the actual day of birthday! Looks like I'm not the only person to have this issue. Really poor customer service. If suppliers are an issue change them! Will not use prezzybox again!
