Made an order for 1-2 day delivery. My parcel was lost and the customer service knew it had been lost and didn't let me know. 5 days after my order i rang, although they did re send the parcel for me next day delivery free (which was too late for my friends birthday), it shouldn't have had to happen. Not only that, when the parcel did arrive, one of the items were damaged.
