Good contact from customer service. Paid extra for next day delivery but didn't receive it for 4 days. Emailed to be told as it was after 1pm on a Friday when I placed the order it couldn't happen. It didn't say that on website and took my money though. Say there going to return the extra I paid for delivery still waiting.
Engraved vase arrived via royal mail. Disappointed with it engraving looks good but vase is very cheap looking, not worth the money paid. The box makes it look cheap too. Only ordered as advertised next day delivery on web search.
