I ordered 2 items, one of which never made it.
The tracking says delivered but there was nothing I could do.
If Prezzybox uses a service where there is a delivery confirmation (such as a signature) then that would be helpful.
Otherwise, in my case, I had to run out and look for another gift last minute. Not happy.
