Still waiting for delivery for a 40th birthday present now 7 days late!!
When calling to ask where the gift it was asked have I been to the sorting office to check for the parcel even though I have had no attempted delivery or dispatch email!!
I find this completely unacceptable and unbelievable. Will not use again
