Re the personalised dog socks - massive disappointment - the foto needs to be a perfect size and quality to even be recognised as a dog. But you don't realise this til you receive the item. Save some money and purchase a far better product at Vista Print for eg, where the recipient actually has a chance of recognising their own pet. I have been refunded for 2 of 3 pairs as a 'goodwill gesture' even though they concede their quality control is lacking and they tell me they had several similar complaints this week... overall disappointing. Things go wrong and I accept where I am at fault to a degree (with the choice of photos - even though they were accepted by the website) but the tone of communication, and the product, has really let this company down...
