You have sent me this Review survey but my order hasn't turned up yet. Buried in the tracking info for Hermes was a note to say they can't deliver the item to my address but it doesn't say why. Hermes should have emailed me to advise if there was a problem.
I am baffled as to why an item such as a small backscratcher can't be delivered to a semi-detached houses in a safe area.
Not impressed!.
