Rose with silver, good product but very much let down by engraving - very difficult to read without characters being a contrast to silver tag.
Contacted customer services, spoke to RICHARD who handled the situation very well and was a credit to your business. A replacement tag was arranged, but I think it will remain illegible. If properly engraved - easy to read - e.g. black on silver, I would be totally satisfied with the product. If you are able to correct this fault and send out a legible tag to myself and other customers I'm sure it would help build a good reputation and more repeat business. If you could action this for customers like myself and those ordering in the run up to Christmas - and beyond - e.g. Valentines Day, that would be both welcome and impressive.
