Ordered from them 3 times. The first time was fine. The second time, they sent the wrong item. The third time, I placed the order and was told by them website to expect delivery in the following two days. Five days go by, no sign of my order. I sent them a online chat message to find out what was going on, and they said that one of the items in my order was out of stock, even though the item was listed as being in stock while all this was going on. In the meantime, I'd had no communication to explain what was going on with my order and why it would have been delayed. Not what I would have expected from a company which claims to have award-winning customer service.
